User Guide

The Rhino Horn is easy to use, but we do advise you to read the instruction pamphlet before beginning.

One Rhino Spoon of salt1. Pour one Rhino Spoon of salt into the Rhino Horn

Saltwater is the natural solution for the mucus membranes. No chemicals added, no side effects. Ordinary table salt or sea salt may be used, not a salt substitute.

Lukewarm Water2. Fill the Rhino Horn with lukewarm water

The water should be quite warm on your hand (98.60F or 37°C). That will make nasal cleansing pleasant and refreshing. Shake the Rhino Horn so that the salt dissolves completely or use the Rhino Spoon to stir.

*If you are unsure about the quality of your tap water we recommend that you boil the tapwater and wait for it to cool to body temperature before adding it to the Rhino Horn.

3. Nasal cleansing

Rinse the nasal passages, relaxing the mucus membranes, and remove any buildup. By placing the tip of the Rhino Horn to your nose, bending your head forward and turning your head at a right angle, gravity causes the water to run in one nostril and out the other naturally.

Drying4. Drying

Blow your nose softly into a tissue to remove excess dampness from your nasal passages. You will now feel refreshed with open nasal passages. Pollen, dust and buildup will have been rinsed away.

We recommend only Pure Salt – the purest you can get. It should contain no additives nor be iodized and should NOT have any anti caking agent.
